About Hanane Maroua

A passionate individual and a dreamer, who had fulfilled her childhood dream of traveling around the world through working as a flight attendant, then went on to fulfill her life’s mission, and that is to influence and guide people into building confidence, resilience and to be more open to life, to allow love, peace and joy into their hearts.

Through study and proper certification, Hanane was able to transform yet another dream- wanting to be a therapist who helps people to solve their challenging situations- into reality, and became an accomplished, passionate Hypnotherapist after attaining her Diploma course; as an International Professional Practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy & Counseling Skills; with The Essex Institute in the United Kingdom, with assistance from Transformation Institute in Dubai.

Hanane fell in love with Hypnotherapy, as she found it to be a smooth way to guide clients to self-understanding, self-awareness, self-acceptance, therefore, a strong emotional balance and a deep sense of peace and freedom within.

What Is Hypnotherapy/ Hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy is an approach , where we use hypnosis to facilitate an inner journey to a mental clarity, that leads to a great transformation; sometimes form one session, sometimes as short as few sessions, depending on few factors that are discussed during the first meeting with the client.

Studies says that everything we see around us started with a thought; hence, thoughts are a separate entity than the self, but are crucial components to the way we participate in creating our life experiences.

A simple thought is capable of changing the individual’s mood, as it creates images, these images help the birth of emotions within, then this mix affects one’s perceptions, reactions, responses, judgement and decision making, the more this thought is being repeated, it becomes a deeply rooted belief in to the subconscious mind and becomes the root cause of desired or undesired habits and automatic uncontrolled behaviors.

Is It Safe?

I was driving home one day after meeting friends, and twenty minutes later; I realized that I am at the basement of the building parking my car, I paused for a moment and asked myself, how did I safely reach home, while I have almost no recollection of the twenty minutes journey?

I have come  to know after some research that, sometimes we go into a state of mind that is called trance, what we name “Hypnosis” in Hypnotherapy, where the mental chatter is switched off naturally, the mind enters a state of no thinking and allows the guidance, the receiving, and a chance for the body to relax and regenerate.

For anyone who is asking if Hypnosis is safe, I would say; I could drive for twenty minutes with no recollection of the journey – and I am sure that most of us have gone through similar experience – and still reach home safely with no assistance, I wonder how safe it would be to have professional assistance that would guide you throughout your journey of change, and how easy you would return to the here and now feeling rested and completely relaxed, ready to take on the day and what it has in store for you with complete confidence and great energy.
